Pi-Tech presents college students a hands-on experience with Internships
Pi-Tech offers college students an opportunity to put their education into practice while acquiring hands-on experience and real-world knowledge in the profession of Structural Engineering with our Internship Program.
As an Intern at Pi-Tech, you will develop skills in:
- preparing construction ready drawings using AutoCAD
- utilizing finite element based analysis using Integrated Engineering Software (IES) Visual Analysis to model and analyze a variety of structures
- working with our Engineers on multi-faceted projects in order to meet deadlines
- working individually on smaller projects in which you will report progress to a registered Professional Engineer
Requirements for Interns:
- be enrolled in an accredited school
- have a working knowledge of AutoCAD
- have passed Statics
- have a desire to learn and to succeed
