This two-story building in Macon, GA is intended for mixed use. A local firm will occupy a majority of the building, while space is left open for a future tenant. The building was successfully designed to fill a vacant corner lot and compliment the historical buildings in the area. A deep foundation system of grade beams and aggregate piers was used to support the structure. The superstructure consists of a composite slab floor system supported on a steel moment frame.
