The 4-story Broadway Lofts were originally a textile/clothing manufacturing facility located in Macon. The building was constructed circa 1910. Recently it had fallen into a state of disrepair. McCarty Property Group purchased the building and undertook renovation in order to transform the space into loft apartments and office space. Structural items in the renovation included repair of existing wood and reinforced concrete framing and roof top decks for recreation and support of mechanical equipment.
